    Thor Computer Ltd does not guarantee the preservation of customer data. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure all important data is backed up prior to submitting any device for repair.

    2. Repair Timeframe

    An estimated repair completion time will be provided at the time of device handover. In the event of any delays, customers will be promptly informed.

    3. Repair Warranty

    If applicable, a repair warranty is available for a period of 7 days starting from the date the repair is completed. This warranty covers only the specific issue addressed during the service.

    4. Cost Estimation

    An initial cost estimate will be provided following the device diagnosis. Please note that this estimate may be subject to change based on further diagnostics and any additional complexities that may arise.

    5. Abandoned Equipment

    Devices not collected within 30 days post-repair will be deemed abandoned. Thor Computer Ltd reserves the right to dispose of such equipment as necessary.

    6. 7-Day Customer Guarantee

    If you experience the same issue within 7 days of service completion, contact us for a prompt assessment and resolution at no additional cost.
