The repair service is not liable for any data loss. It is the customer’s responsibility to back up all important data before handing over the device.
The estimated time for the repair will be given to you before the handover. Any delays will be communicated to the customer.
The repair warranty, if applicable, is valid for 7 days from the date of completion.
The estimated cost of the repair will be given to you at the initial diagnose. This is subject to change depending on the diagnosis and further complexities.
Equipment not picked up within 30 days of completion will be considered abandoned, and the company may dispose of it.
