Pick-Up Timeline: Customers must pick up their equipment within 28 days of repair completion.
Abandonment Clause: Equipment not picked up within this timeframe will be considered abandoned, and Thor Computer reserves the right to dispose of it as deemed appropriate.
Notification: We will make reasonable efforts to contact customers regarding their uncollected equipment before disposal.
Purchase of Job Leads: Computer technicians can purchase job leads through the Thor Computer website to access potential job opportunities.
Non-Guaranteed Outcomes: We do not guarantee that purchased job leads will result in secured employment or further communication with potential clients. The technician acknowledges that purchasing a lead is an opportunity to bid or offer services, and Thor Computer holds no responsibility for the success or failure of any job offers.
Customers, whether residential or business, must make payment upon completion of the work before the engineer leaves the site. For computers worked on at our workshop, payment must be made in full before the handover. Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer.
Customers are required to read and sign the Company Policy and Customer Agreement Form upon job confirmation before any work begins.

If you experience the same issue within 7 days of service completion, contact us for a prompt assessment and resolution at no additional cost. This guarantee covers only the specific problem addressed in the original service, ensuring you receive the necessary support to fully resolve any concerns.
